ATTIRE AI Privacy Policy

ATTIRE AI provides AI-powered outfit and style analysis. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the ATTIRE AI mobile application.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and authentication information when you create or use an account.
• Photos and analysis content: photos you select from your device or take with the camera, together with the style-analysis results generated from them.
• Usage and device information: basic device, operating-system, diagnostic, and crash information needed to operate and improve the Service.
• Purchase information: subscription transaction identifiers and entitlement status. Payment card details are handled by Google Play and are not stored by us.

2. How we use information

• To authenticate users and provide the Service.
• To process submitted photos and return AI style analysis.
• To save your analysis history and maintain account security.
• To process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve the Service.

3. Service providers

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to operate the Service:

• Supabase: authentication, database, and secure storage.
• Google Gemini API: photos are sent for the requested style analysis. We do not send account credentials with the photo.
• RevenueCat and Google Play: subscription entitlement and transaction processing.

4. Retention and deletion

Photos and analysis history are retained while your account is active so that history features work. You may delete your account from the app or request deletion by emailing support@aiura.app. We delete active account data after verifying the request; backup copies may take up to 90 days to be removed.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect information.

6. Children

ATTIRE AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
